FAQ

Common questions

Do you handle payroll in Quebec differently?

Yes. Quebec requires separate provincial remittances (Revenu Québec) alongside CRA filings, and we handle both as part of your standard service.

How quickly can you take over an existing payroll?

Most transitions take 5–10 business days, depending on how clean your existing employee and pay history records are.

What happens if a remittance deadline is missed?

We build in a buffer before every due date specifically so this doesn't happen — remittances are submitted early, not on the deadline itself.

Do you support seasonal or contract staff?

Yes, including ROE issuance the moment a seasonal contract ends, which is one of the most commonly missed compliance steps.
